Give up and Go on

In the church of the lonely monkey
The monkey lays on the pulpit
with his head dangling over in such
a way that he can see the whole church
upside down.

He waits for a thousand life times like this
and still the church is empty

He ponders if he should give up or go on.
The statue of the buddha suggests
Perhaps you can do both
Give up and Go on.

How long before she finds me

I have left a trail of crums into the woods
How long before they are followed

So much to say

There is so much to say
I will have to be silent to get it all said.
